Congratulations on being accepted to a certificate program at ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨!

Certificate Programs at ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨ operate through Professional and Continuing Education (PCE), but certificate students are matriculated ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨ students. As valued members of the ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨ student community, certificate students are subject to college policies and eligible for services available to their matriculated peers.

If you have already taken some classes at ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨, please note these important changes:

1. You will now work directly with the Office of the Registrar for issues with your schedule and grades.
2. You will be registered by the Office of the Registrar for your first term only. You will register yourself, using Self Service, for your remaining terms.
3. Instead of shopping for classes on the PCE website, you will pre-register for classes using Student Planning in Self Service.
4. Tuition is always due before the start of term. You will be able to find your statement in Self Service.
5. Now that you are a certificate program student, the main point of contact will be your ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨ email address. Check that email!

Jump into our Student Planning portal on ! Find the most up to date information on your schedule – while at ºìÁì½í¹Ï±¨, you will use the Student Planning platform to register for classes, plan for future terms, and check grades, update personal information, accept your financial aid, and pay your bill.
